Take Another Ride on Good to Great Fly Casting
This product is only available for past participants of Good to Great Fly Casting and a buddy who joins them on the ride again.
Ready to finally nail those casts—so your fly lands exactly where you want it? Over eight weeks, you’ll dive into the how and why of casting with a small crew of fellow anglers and me. I’ll break down all the secrets, answer your burning questions, and give you direct feedback so you leave every session thinking, “Whoa, I can actually do this!”
By the end of the workshop, you will have a solid framework for further elevating your casting skills. You find that your time on the water becomes more enjoyable, and you’ll be reeling in a few more fish. This sense of personal growth and achievement is one of the most rewarding aspects of mastering a skill.
This interactive online workshop, limited to a maximum of eight students, fosters a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Everyone can learn from one another, fostering a sense of encouragement and motivation that is invaluable in the learning process.
The workshop sessions will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Workshop dates (mostly Saturdays, 2:00–4:00 PM): April 11, 18, 25; May 3 (Sunday), 9, 16, 22 (Friday), 30.
Your Commitment:
To maximize your investment, dedicate 4 to 5 hours weekly to the Virtual Group Session, your Casting Practice, and Virtual 1:1 Coaching.
While not mandatory, investing in a camera tripod and device holder can profoundly enhance your learning experience. These tools will let you record your casting practice from different angles, giving you a comprehensive view of your technique. Brightly colored fly lines can facilitate the analysis of your videos, and a 100-foot measuring tape and soccer cones can serve as beneficial tools for practice. An Echo Micro Practice Rod is also indispensable for quick practice sessions in confined spaces.
