Of course I always admire a couple who are interested in fly fishing and building their skills together. Becky and Mike did just that on the Salmon River just below Stanley Idaho this last July. I know Dave, my husband, and I get a lot of joy and fun of fishing and learning together. I admire Becky and Mike for their goal in doing the same. I know they will have many good times and memories on the water together. The important thing is to not make it a competition between each other – that just turns into a divorce lawyer on the water. If you want to count numbers – count how many fish you miss and count how many fish you land.
