Dave and I had absolutely wonderful dinner last night at the BackCountry Bistro. We would rate in our top 5 dinners ever. It was fantastic food in a very elegant setting. Definitely a 5 star meal. If you are in Stanley, Idaho – you must check them out at BackCountry Bistro.
